Accommodation

ITAM will arrange for students to live in a comfortable student residence within walking distance of ITAM.  Accommodation is completely furnished with full kitchen facilities,  Common living and dining rooms, roof garden, wireless internet, 24-hour security, bedding (students should bring their own towels), and all utilities. Laundry services are also located on the premises.  

The following types of rooms are available at the following rates* for the entire period of the summer program:

Double-Occupancy room/en suite bath :  US$600 per person
Single room/shared bath  US$ 680.00 per person
Single room/en suite bath US$980.00

*Please note that rental prices are established in Mexican pesos but may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations. These prices are listed for informational purposes only. The price for each room will be specified at the time the reservation is confirmed.

Shortly after May 1st, we will begin the process of assigning accommodation in a private residence via e-mail, in accordance with the number of students enrolled in the program.  Placements will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Residences will be available from June 1st to August 31st but individual requests for early arrivals or late departures will be given every consideration.
